Nominations for the ECA Executive and Office Bearers for Season 2026-27

In accordance with the ECA Constitution, nominations are invited for positions with the ECA for season 2026-27 as outlined below.

Nominations can be submitted online. Here is the process:

• Each nomination must be signed by two members or two delegates of the Association.We need both proposers to complete and sign separate nomination forms for the candidate. See button link below
• Each candidate must consent to the nomination by completing the consent form. See button link below.
• Nominations close 7 July 2026

A person who holds or takes up an Official Club Position is not eligible to be elected or remain as an Office Bearer with the Association.

 EXECUTIVE & OFFICE BEARER POSITIONS

The Executive of the Association consists of:

• President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Section Managers (5) – Juniors, Veterans, Turf, Synthetic, Women’s & Girls

Other honorary Office Bearers of the Association consist of but not limited to:

Junior Representative Teams Manager (VMCU carnival)

• Media and Communications Coordinator
• Child Safeguarding Officer
• Umpire Training & Appointments Manager
• Grade Secretaries/Managers - The number of each of these office bearers will be at the discretion of the Executive.
• Others as required.
