ECA welcomes Whitefriars Cricket Club
The Eastern Cricket Association (ECA) is delighted to announce that Whitefriars Cricket Club, based at Whitefriars College in Donvale, will join the ECA Senior Mixed Competition for the 2026-27 season.
They will field one and maybe two teams, one in the Turf grades and maybe a 2nd one in the Synthetic grades.
We extend a warm welcome to President Xavier Smith, the club's leadership team, and all Whitefriars Cricket Club members as they become an integral part of the ECA community. They will join us from the MCC Club XI Competition.
With a cricketing history going back to 2006 and a good club culture, Whitefriars Cricket Club will be an important addition to the competition. The ECA looks forward to seeing the club take the field when the new season begins in October and to the contribution they will make both on and off the ground.
We wish them every success in their inaugural ECA season and beyond.
