ECA Strategic Plan Update
The ECA Strategic Plan 2024-2027
Neil Dalrymple, President of Eastern Cricket Association
I am delighted to present the finalised action items of our three year strategic plan review. This is the culmination of 18 months of work. We have consulted widely within our community to develop this plan. I trust you agree that we have achieved the right mix of staying true to our history and culture while embracing the needs of a changing game and the broader changing societal factors to sustain and grow our Association.
Our challenge now is to implement the plan. This will require good old fashioned hard work and commitment of all of us in our community. Feel free to provide me with any feedback This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Acknowledgement of Country
In the spirit of reconciliation the Eastern Cricket Association acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
